We may sometimes match these environmental variables with your Personal Information for convenience and site improvements.

To reduce errors or prevent fraud, we may enhance your Personal Information with data from third-party sources (e.g. Google Maps API or postal services). This helps verify addresses and enrich demographic or company data to ensure relevance in our communications.

Wynstock partners with external service providers (e.g. payment processors) and only shares necessary data. We require they protect your data and only use it to perform services for Wynstock.

We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing their own products or services.

Data Retention and Portability

If you request deletion via “My Account Preferences” → “Delete My Account”, or contact support, Wynstock will comply within 30 days. Some information may be retained to fulfill legal or contractual obligations or to resolve disputes.

Your Choices (Opt-Out)

Wynstock does not sell your personal data. We may use advertising partners or services to serve non-personalized ads based on cookies or browsing data. You can opt out of interest-based ads via relevant links (e.g. if in the EU, through GDPR-specific options). This does not prevent delivery of generic ads.

You can also opt out of emails (newsletters or partner communications) via “My Account” settings. Service-related notifications (registration confirmations, billing emails, etc.) will still be sent and cannot be opted out unless you deactivate your account.

Mobile push notifications can be disabled via your device settings.

To request deletion of your Personal Data, visit “My Account – Preferences” → “Delete My Personal Data”. Contact support if you cannot access your account.

Protection of Your Personal Information

Your Personal Information is protected via:

  • Secure servers accessible only by authorized Wynstock personnel

  • Encrypted transmission of data, including payment information

  • TLS/SSL protection on sensitive forms

While we make every effort to secure your data, no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Cookie and Tracking Technologies

As you browse, we may collect analytics and clickstream data (e.g. ISP, browser type, pages visited, IP address). These are combined with other data to improve service quality, marketing, and site features.

We use cookies, tags, scripts, or beacons to administer the site, track user movement, and gather aggregated demographic insights. These may include session cookies (deleted when browser closes) or persistent cookies (until manually deleted). You can disable cookies via your browser, though this may impact your ability to use the Site.

If you use third-party ads, our partners may collect data via cookies; you can opt out per ad network rules, but generic ads may still appear.

Changes in Privacy Policy

Wynstock may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our Site before going into effect. If you wish to change how Wynstock uses your data, follow the “Updating Your Personal Information and Privacy Preferences” instructions.

If Wynstock merges or is acquired, customer information related to the business sold or merged may be transferred without your consent—but notice will be given.

Non‑Discrimination

Wynstock will not discriminate against users who exercise data privacy rights under applicable laws (e.g. CCPA, GDPR). We will not deny access or charge different rates to those who opt out of data use as permitted by law.

Links to Third-Party Sites & Social Media Features

Our site may link to external websites with different privacy practices—your information on those sites is governed by their policies, not ours.

Social media widgets (e.g. Share buttons, Like buttons) may collect your IP address or set cookies. These features are governed by the third-party provider’s privacy policy.

You may be able to log in using third-party providers (e.g. Google or Apple). These services authenticate your identity and may share basic account info (e.g. name, email) with us. You may also choose to share back certain activity to your social profile.

Referral Program Emails

If you share a Wynstock.com invitation with someone, we’ll ask for their name and email to send a one-time invite message. Their info is stored only for sending that message, tracking the referral, and managing access. Your colleague may ask for that data’s removal at any time.
